From Phoenix:
Take I-17 North towards Flagstaff. Drive approximately 2 hours. Sedona is Exit #298; Hwy 179 and Oak Creek Canyon. At the bottom of the exit ramp turn left on to 179. You will pass through the Village of Oak Creek and travel approximately 8 miles until you reach the roundabout at 89A. Turn right on to 89A north towards Flagstaff. Therapy on the Rocks is just 1/4 mile past "uptown" Sedona at the entrance to Oak Creek Canyon on the right side.
From the Grand Canyon:
Go east on Highway 40 to I-17 South. Follow that to 89A Sedona exit. Wind down through Oak Creek Canyon on 89A, for 28 miles. Therapy on the Rocks will be on the left immediately before entering "Uptown" Sedona. (About 1/2 mile past Midgely Bridge.)
