From the Philadelphia Airport:
Take I-95 South to 476 North. Follow 476 North to I-76 West. Continue on I-76 West to 202 South. Follow 202 South to Route 29 South/Malvern Exit. Take Route 29 South to Route 30 Lancaster Avenue heading east. Go east for 1.8 miles (5 traffic lights). After passing the Paoli Hospital you will go under an overpass. Make a right onto Manor Road and make a left into our parking lot.
From the East (PA Turnpike):
Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 326 (formerly Exit 24)/Route 202 South. Follow Route 202 South to Route 29 South/Malvern Exit. Take Route 29 South to Route 30, Lancaster Avenue heading east. Go east for 1.8 miles (5 traffic lights). After passing the Paoli Hospital you will go under an overpass to the 5th traffic light. After that traffic light make a right onto Manor Road and make a left into our parking lot.
From the West (PA Turnpike):
Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 326 (Formerly Exit 24)/Route 202 South. Follow 202 South to the 252 South/Paoli exit. Continue on 252 South to Route 30 Lancaster Avenue and make a right heading west. Follow Lancaster Avenue West 0.7 miles. You will see Wendy's on your left and the Myofascial Release Treatment Center directly next door to Wendy's. As soon as you pass the Treatment Center make a left onto Manor Road and make a left into our parking lot.
From Philadelphia:
West on I-76 to Exit 202 South. Follow 202 South to the 252 South/Paoli exit. Continue on 252 South to Route 30, Lancaster Avenue and make a right heading west. Take I-95 North to 202 North. Follow 202 North to Route 29 South/Malvern exit and go east for 0.2 miles. Turn right onto Route 29 South Morehall Road and go South for 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Route 30, Lancaster Avenue heading east. Go east for 1.8 miles (5 traffic lights). After passing the Paoli Hospital you will go under an overpass to the 5th traffic light. After that traffic light make a right onto Manor Road and make a left into our parking lot.
