Sedonašs majestic Red Rock Canyons lie nestled between the beauty of the Grand Canyon, just a 2 hour drive north, and the cosmopolitan charm of Phoenix, a magnificent two hour drive south.

From Phoenix:
Take I-17 North towards Flagstaff. Drive about 2 hours. Sedona is Exit #298; Hwy 179 and Oak Creek Canyon. At the bottom of the exit ramp turn left on to 179. You will pass through the Village of Oak Creek and travel approximately 8 miles until you dead end at the intersection of 89A at "the Y" in Sedona. Turn right on to 89A north towards Flagstaff. Therapy On The Rocks is just 1/4 mile past "uptown" Sedona at the entrance to Oak Creek Canyon.

From Grand Canyon:
Go east on Highway 40 to I-17 South. Follow that to 89A Sedona exit. Wind down through Oak Creek Canyon on 89A, a 28-mile long, 3000 foot deep gorge where the forces of nature have acted to create a visual masterpiece. Therapy On The Rocks will be on the left immediately before entering "Uptown" Sedona. (About 1/2 mile past Midgely Bridge.)
